Moroccan Inspired Nachos

A new spin on an old favorite – nachos made with moroccan inspired seasoned beef!  The seasoning, per pound of meat:

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp rosemary

1/2 tsp coriander

1/2 tsp dried cilantro

1 tsp salt

Mix  the above, add to ground meat, and cook on the stove top. For nachos, layer tortilla chips, then the seasoned cooked meat, then shredded mozzarella cheese.  Bake in toaster over or regular oven till cheese is melted.  Next time I make these I’d add feta cheese as a topping! These were just for a quick lunch, hence the minimal toppings. This seasoning blend is great for burgers, meatballs, taco meat, or nacho meat as described here.Moroccan Inspired Nachos
